WACO (July 25, 2014) Jacob Elmond Oliver, 20, of Waco, was in the McLennan County Jail Friday, charged with sexual assault by force or threat in connection with the knife-point sexual assault of a teenage girl in Woodway.

His bond was set at $25,000.

The attack happened at a home in Woodway and the victim was a girl younger than 17, Woodway Assistant Police Chief Robert Smith said.

The girl, who was not injured by the knife, waited three days to report the assault, Smith said.

Woodway officers arrested Oliver on Wednesday at a home in Waco.
