Teens Blamed For Vandalism Spree At Texas Junior High

ORANGEFIELD (June 23, 2014) Four teenagers are blamed for a paint and glue vandalism spree that did almost $20,000 damage at Orangefield Junior High School in Orangefield, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said Monday.

Two of the teens, ages 15 and 13, attend the school, the sheriff’s office said.

The other two, who are 13 and 14, live in Beaumont, but were staying with a relative in Orange, authorities said.

On Friday custodians discovered that parts of the school had been ransacked.

Paint was dumped on floors and spread on lockers and in several classrooms paint, glue and hand sanitizer was spread on chairs and floors.
