SAN ANTONIO (August 15, 2014) San Antonio police have questions that need to be answered about the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy and the main one is where the 14-year-old boy who fired the shot got the handgun.
Julian Karnazuta-Gomez was shot in the head at around 2 a.m. Thursday
The 14-year-old boy told detectives that he found the gun in a ditch and was showing the weapon to his cousins at Julian's family's home in east San Antonio when it accidentally fired.
Julian's parents said they were unaware that a gun had been brought into their home.
No charges have been filed.
