PASADENA (July 24, 2014) Jose Valentin Noriega, 37, of Houston, was jailed Thursday, charged with murder in the death of a 25-year-old woman whose burned body was found earlier this week in a field in Pasadena.
Noriega’s bond was set at $70,000, online records show.
He was arrested Wednesday in the death of Rocio Montoya.
Firefighters discovered her body Monday after responding to a report of a fire.
