CLINTON, La. (October 1, 2012)--Louisiana State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash early Monday on La. Highway 10 in East Feliciana Parish which claimed the life of a Texas man.
Troopers say Richard Kennedy, Jr. 25, of Austin, was driving a truck that was towing a travel trailer when the truck veered off the road early Monday morning and struck several trees.
Investigators say Kennedy, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
