HURST (October 3, 2012)--A Fort Worth man was in custody and facing a court appearance Wednesday after police found fake military identification documents and several weapons in his pickup truck.

Azeez A. Al-Ghaziani, who was arrested on Tuesday, was scheduled to go before a judge later Wednesday.

He’s held in the Hurst City jail on one count of tampering with a government record.

Al-Ghaziani's battered pickup was found behind a shopping center in Hurst, a suburb between Fort Worth and Dallas.

The documents and weapons led authorities to evacuate the shopping center.

Inside the truck, which Al-Ghaziani explained had recently been involved in an accident, Hurst police found a rifle, shotgun and air rifle.

Al-Ghaziani was inside his dry cleaning business in the shopping center, where evidently he'd been living.
