Texas Woman Charged After Corn Dog Dispute Turns Violent

MIDLAND (April 24, 2014) Charmelle Henry, 45, of Carrollton, was in the Midland County Jail Thursday charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a corn dog dispute turned violent.

Her bond was set at $100,000.

The charges stem from an incident on Saturday in Midland in which a woman flashed a knife and threatening store workers after becoming upset over a 75-cent corn dog because it had been microwaved.

The woman demanded a second uncooked corn dog and threatened the lives of store workers as they tried to serve her, police said.
