Rusty Garrett here with the weekend outlook:
While rain coverage will be MUCH less than the past several days, a few scattered showers remain possible. A weak cool front triggers more rain Monday, but only marginal cooling expected!
FRISCO (January 29, 2013)--A freshly dug trench for a water line in Frisco collapsed on a member of the construction crew, killing the worker.
The accident happened at around 4 p.m. Monday on Farm-to-Market Road 3537 in Frisco, a rapidly growing town of 125,000 about 25 miles north of Dallas, a statement from city spokeswoman Dana Baird-Hanks said.
The accident closed the heavily traveled road through the Monday commuting rush.
The worker's identity hasn't been released.
