PARIS (January 13, 2013)--Authorities have identified the three Utah men who died in the crash of a small plane in East Texas..
The crash occurred Saturday morning shortly after the Piper PA-46 plane took off from an airport near Paris.
The Texas Department of Public Safety identified the men as Michael Endo, 50, Michael Dale Bradley, 44, and Rob Thompson, 49.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports that all three worked for Utah-based Celtic Bank.
Bank CEO Reese Howell Jr. said in a statement, ""This is a challenging and difficult time for the entire Celtic Bank family."
There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.
The DPS said there was fog in the area at the time.
The plane was headed south before the pilot attempted to turn back toward the airport.
The plane descended rapidly and crashed.
