SAN ANTONIO (September 18, 2013)—The 1-millionth Tundra has rolled off the line at Toyota’s truck plant in San Antonio.
The sunset bronze mica 1794 Edition Tundra rolled off the line Tuesday.
Toyota officials say the name of the Tundra is a tribute to the ranch founded in 1794 where the truck plant is situated.
The San Antonio plant opened in 2006 and employs about 2,800 workers.
