HOUSTON (January 2, 2013)--A domestic dispute on New Year’s Day in Houston left two women dead in what evidently was a murder-suicide at the home they shared.
Police on Wednesday identified the women as Ana Flores, 24, and Belinda Espinoza, 29.
Flores called 911 before she was shot to death late Tuesday afternoon, a police statement said.
Espinoza then turned the gun on herself.
Officers who responded to the emergency call forced their way into the residence and found the bodies.
The women were in a romantic relationship, police said, but further details on the women and what prompted the argument weren't immediately released.
