GEORGETOWN (August 10, 2014) Two people were killed when the driver of pickup ran a red light and the truck struck another pickup at an intersection on Texas Highway 195 in Georgetown.
Five others were injured in the crash Saturday morning, one critically.
The Chevrolet pickup whose driver ran the light was struck on the passenger side by a Ford pickup that was traveling on Highway 195.
Five people were riding in the Ford.
Two of them were ejected and one died.
A passenger in the Chevrolet also died.
The names of the victims weren’t immediately released.
