WACO (September 7, 2012) --The City of Waco has announced a new cooperative operational arrangement between the City of Waco and the Humane Society of Central Texas.

The announcement said the city will meet its obligation of handling stray or unwanted pets and the humane society will focus on community education and animal advocacy.
