Woman Arrested After Incident At Local Popcorn Store

WACO (September 10, 2012)- A woman was arrested this afternoon after a strange incident at a popcorn store in Waco.

Police were sent to Off The Cob on Bosque Blvd. In Waco around 4 p.m. Monday.

The owners daughter told News 10 that a woman came into the store and tried to stick her hand in the register and take some cash, but an employee threatened to call police and the woman left.

Waco Police say the woman was arrested a short time later in the Target parking lot next door to Off The Cob.
