The pickup truck knocked down five mailboxes Friday.
HARKER HEIGHTS (July 20, 2012)—Police arrested a woman Friday in Harker Heights after an out-of-control pickup truck mowed down a line of mailboxes in a local residential neighborhood.
The incident occurred at around 7 a.m. Friday on Indian Trail where the truck took down a line of five mailboxes in front of homes
When police arrived they found the woman sitting in the pickup in front of the toppled mailboxes.
Witnesses said the woman first said she blacked out after taking some medication.
Police said they intended to seek a DWI charge, however.
No one was injured.
