--Ice reported Wednesday morning in places from Dallas into Williamson County
--Both northbound and southbound lanes of I-35 at Loop 121 in Belton will be closed from 1-2 pm to reset a concrete barricade that was knocked over in a wreck this morning. Frontage roads will be open - northbound use exit 292 and southbound use exit 293A.
--1:30 p.m.: Temple roads are clearing at this time and all roads are now open.
--One lane of I-35 closed at 303 mile marker-CLEARED
--Southbound lanes of Interstate 35 are moving very slowly, as a crash has caused one lane to be closed at this time.
-Midway Drive, on the hill near Bonham Middle School, is impassable and is being closed at this time. Sanding efforts will determine if the roadway can be reopened.-CLEARED
-Northbound lanes from Old Bruceville Ln (exit 318) to Woodlawn Rd. (exit 319) were moving slowly.
--3:30 PM: ALL WACO STREETS OPEN
--Waco Transit: Buses are running but are being delayed due to road conditions. Route six around Hwy 6 and Loop 340 is not running as scheduled. Anyone who need connections with fixed route service should call 750-1613.
--Cameron Park Drive from Sturgis to Park Lake Drive is closed. Areas such as Jacob's Ladder, Rock Shelter, Emmons Cliff, Mouth of the Bosque and Lover's Leap will not be accessible.
The Runways are in Fair condition and the airport will remain open, Airport staff will reevaluate the conditions at approximately 11:30 am and be able to verify status at are about 12:00 pm.
--Zoo: Cameron Park Zoo has closed as of 10:45am. Basic animal care will continue as usual.
--Water Dept: As of 11AM no major water breaks or issues have been reported. The Water Office building at 415 Franklin is without heat due to a problem with the boiler heating system.
