Groesbeck: The Groesbeck Fire Department says the streets will be blocked off from Main Street down to the Civic Center building, which will be the site of a haunted house.

Mexia: The old firehouse on McKinney Street will be the site of Mexia's annual haunted house for families from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Friday. The second annual Family Fall Festival is from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday

Waco: McLennan Athletics Trunk or Treat The MCC basketball teams kick off their seasons with a special event outside The Highlands before the MCC Classic tournament.
