I checked with a another friend of mine who is a tax accountant and she said this was true. I wonder how many other people know that it is
just a loan, and that you will have to pay it back in 2009, by having them either take it out of your refund next year, or owe them the money if
you don't get a refund. What concerns me is all of the people who really count on there income tax will not find out until to late that they should have been more careful with the "rebate". Please let me know if you find out something different. Sharon
