(Waco)— Small businesses can get free Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) training through TSTC’s Corporate College to increase their market competitiveness and technological capabilities.
Custom introductory training is available at the business site or at Texas State Technical College Waco’s new state-of-the-art lab designed to train businesses in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the technology.
Radio Frequency Identification is cutting-edge technology using wireless sensors that quickly identify objects, assets or locations. The technology allows for advanced automatic identification in supply chain management, asset tracking, inventory, security and much more. It is increasingly used in today’s market for applications such as Speedpass at gas pumps and E-Z Pass at toll booths.
