(WACO) — Almost anyone can take pictures, but not everyone knows how to take professional ones. At Texas State Technical College, you can learn everything you need to know to help you take more professional photos with the continuing education course, Introductory Professional Photography.

In addition to earning 1.6 Continuing Education Units, you can learn all the basics you need to know about cameras and photography, including types of lenses, film and filter choices, photo techniques, flash photography, digital image production, print finishing and much more. And the cost is just $89 for the entire session.

Students need to bring a digital SLR or 35mm SLR camera; two to four rolls of 35mm color film (ISO 400 if using 35mm SLR); and one 512mg memory card (if using digital SLR).
