The spring crops at Waco City Farm are ripe and ready to harvest. This is the second successful harvest at Waco City Farm, the only Community Supported Agricultural Farm (CSA) in the City of Waco. The spring crop includes over 40 varieties of fresh; organically considered produce including cucumbers, egg plant, melons, zucchini, corn and tomatoes.
Waco City Farm is a member’s only produce farm conveniently located on over 17 acres at State Highway 6 and Industrial Drive, under the City of Waco water tower. Waco City Farm currently has over 70 members and each receives enough food each week to feed a family of four. Memberships are just $99 a month. Hy Lam, Director of Farm Operations, manages Waco City Farm.
