WACO, TX (November 2009) – The Young Conservatives group at Baylor University is hosting speaker Greg Lukianoff, president of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (F.I.R.E.). Mr. Lukianoff will be talking about how students can respond to instances in which their individual rights are censored by school administrators.
“In my experience,” Greg Lukianoff explains, “very few Americans are aware of the scale of violations of student-faculty rights, and those are often understated as simply a symptom of America’s cultural order.”
F.I.R.E., which is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year, was founded under the mission “[T]o defend and sustain individual rights at America's colleges and universities.”

The event will be held at the Baylor Sciences Building in Waco, Texas, on November 5, 2009, at 7:00pm. About 40 college students, including members of the Young Conservatives group, are expected to be in attendance.

There is a parking lot right next to the Baylor Science Building and Student Life Center. http://www.baylor.edu/map/index.php?id=10807 If you go to this link, the Science Building is #78, and the parking lot is #76. If you have any further questions, feel free to email me at cody_orr@baylor.edu. Thanks!
This sounds interesting. I think I will go. Where is the nearest place to park?
