 Job Description: Will work as general maintenance person performing painting, light carpentry work, light electrical work, power hand tools operation and light plumbing work. Duties/Responsibilities/Skills/Necessary/Required: General Maintenance duties. Power hand tools, painting, electrical knowledge and A/C knowledge.
