Seek to develop and service desirable and profitable loans of all types, consistent with prudent underwriting criteria, applicable laws and regulations, and applicable bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Aggressively and effectively cross-sell all applicable financial offerings. Seek to develop and service desirable and profitable loans of all types, consistent with prudent underwriting criteria, applicable laws and regulations, and applicable bank policies and procedures. Demonstrate the principles of an outstanding customer experience.

Minimum five years banking background, emphasis in commercial lending and product sales. Strong working knowledge of compliance issues as they relate to areas of functional expertise, knowledge of internal loan policies and procedures.

Personal Characteristics
Ability to adapt very quickly to changes in internal and external environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics and a minimum of five years banking background, emphasis in commercial lending and product sales.
