Reynolds and Reynolds offers several entry-level career opportunities to join our team of Customer and Product Support Professionals in College Station, TX.
As a Customer and Product Support Professional, your job is to support a specific software, hardware, or web product. Responsibilities include training customers, troubleshooting customer issues, recommending solutions, analyzing product utilization, and assisting with quality assurance. Many of our Support Professionals establish a working relationship with our customers across the U.S. and become the primary point of contact for these accounts.
The majority of each day is spent handling customer calls. You will work as part of a team, utilizing a knowledge base, your teammates and online help to resolve problems. At times, you will act as a liaison for customers in dealing with other departments. Other responsibilities include participation in assigned projects as designated by management. To be successful you should enjoy helping people, problem solving, and looking for interaction with both fellow employees and customers.
On-the-job training can last up to 3 months and includes classroom, online, and hands-on instruction. No previous experience is required.
