This position is accountable for calculating, analyzing, and preparing reports for the facility relating to the fiscal and operational parts of our truck fleet and distribution center. This position is accountable for processing and reporting financial information in a consistent, accurate and timely manner to management.
The Accounting Manager also works with month-end close, the annual operating plan, physical inventory, all activities related to capital expenditures, preparation and analysis of balance sheet and inventory reconciliations and assists with procedures and documentation needed to maintain proper internal controls.
The Accounting Manager shall also cross train as a backup for and have supervisory responsibility for other accounting related responsibilities, such as payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2-4 years general accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PC experience (spreadsheets & graphs) required.
Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
