WACO (July 8, 2009)—Two people was injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-car accident on Highway 84 in Waco.

One car rear-ended the other at about 3:25 p.m. Wednesday on eastbound Highway 84 just east of the intersection with Speegleville Road.

The accident backed up eastbound traffic on the highway.

The names and conditions of the injured weren’t immediately available Wednesday afternoon.
