Central Texas Boy Trampled By Ram Is Flown To Local Hospital
A 5-year-old Central Texas boy who was trampled by a ram early Friday evening at a rural residence between Waco and Temple was flown to a local hospital with head injuries.

MOODY (October 16, 2009)—A 5-year-old McLennan County boy who was tramped by a ram Friday evening at a rural residence was flown in stable condition to Scott & White Hospital in Temple.
A family friend identified the boy as Nicky Deal.
He said the boy had head injuries and lost several teeth.
The friend restrained the ram while the boy’s 13-year-old brother called 911.
Deputies and paramedics were dispatched to the residence on Liberty Hill Road just after 5 p.m. Friday.

The boy is fine now and is awaiting going back to school. He wasnt missing teeth he was lucky enough to walk away with just dislocated collar bone. Poor reporting on KWTX's end.

That poor child. Parents of young children should know better and been more cautious. This time of year the females come into heat and the males are unpredictably aggressive because they are involuntarily revved up by their hormones. A natural part of nature.

I really hate to hear/read about children as young as this getting injured by live stock. I hope he gets over his injuries quickly.
