Killeen Man Indicted In Death Of 4-Month-Old
The Bell County Grand Jury has indicted a Killeen man in the death of a 4-month-old boy for whom he was supposed to be caring.

BELTON (October 29, 2009)-The current session of the4 Bell County Grand Jury returned 20 indictments against 20 persons during its Wednesday session.
Noah James Haggerty, 20, of Killeen, was indicted for injury to a child in connection with the April 2009 death of a 4-month-old boy.
The arrest affidavit states Haggerty had custody of the child and on April 18 he reported to emergency responders that the boy was not breathing.
Haggerty was keeping the child while the boy's mother was at work.
A forensic pediatrician at Scott and White Hospital told investigators the boy died from trauma caused by a squeezing or crushing injury to the chest.
Tramika Rena Henson, 20, of Belton, was named in an indictment charging aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a shooting that was reported on Sept. 21 near Water Works Rd., in Belton.
Officers were sent there after a caller reported Earl Henson had been shot in the leg.
Officers reported they entered the house at the location and found Tramika Henson sitting on the floor.
Se admitted to officers she had shot her husband, according to the affidavit.
Tynace Alex Jackson was charged with aggravated robbery in connection with an incident at a store on Stan Schlueter Loop, in Killeen on Aug. 7.

we were with noah & kristina every day.She didn't have anything 2 do w/ the babys death.Now Noah is a pathetic excuse 4 a man.He's not a good father,he drinks all the time..and Kristina new that.They knew that something was very wrong w/ the baby,never took him 2 the hospital.As a matter of fact,he was hiding the baby from all his neighbors,4 a good reason.4 ALL of u who claim u knew Noah&that u were w/him every day,means;u seen him drank in the middle of the day,&u probably seen him hurt the baby.ALL of u were 2 puss 2 say anything.But after the arrest,ALL u suckers came out with things u all saw&witnissed,so save the drama 4 ur mama,LOOSERS!As a mother she should've taken the baby 2 the hospital,but she chose 2 listen 2 Noah.She always did what he said.Deep down she KNOWS THE TRUTH!!!It kills me 2 know that Noahs so called homies,came out w/the truth what they saw him do,once he was arrested!ABSURD.Kristina,I am truly sorry u never got 2 hear "HIM"say "MOMMY".That must b hard.

If he killed the baby, why is he only charged with injury to a child? And why is he still breathing?
