Killeen Man Indicted In Death Of 4-Month-Old
The Bell County Grand Jury has indicted a Killeen man in the death of a 4-month-old boy for whom he was supposed to be caring.

BELTON (October 29, 2009)-The current session of the4 Bell County Grand Jury returned 20 indictments against 20 persons during its Wednesday session.

Noah James Haggerty, 20, of Killeen, was indicted for injury to a child in connection with the April 2009 death of a 4-month-old boy.

The arrest affidavit states Haggerty had custody of the child and on April 18 he reported to emergency responders that the boy was not breathing.

Haggerty was keeping the child while the boy's mother was at work.

A forensic pediatrician at Scott and White Hospital told investigators the boy died from trauma caused by a squeezing or crushing injury to the chest.

Tramika Rena Henson, 20, of Belton, was named in an indictment charging aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a shooting that was reported on Sept. 21 near Water Works Rd., in Belton.

Officers were sent there after a caller reported Earl Henson had been shot in the leg.

Officers reported they entered the house at the location and found Tramika Henson sitting on the floor.

Se admitted to officers she had shot her husband, according to the affidavit.

Tynace Alex Jackson was charged with aggravated robbery in connection with an incident at a store on Stan Schlueter Loop, in Killeen on Aug. 7.

If he killed the baby, why is he only charged with injury to a child? And why is he still breathing?
