Woman Stabbed in Shopping Center Parking Lot Identified
Police Tuesday identified the woman who was stabbed in the shoulder Monday night during an armed robbery in the parking lot of the Waco Target store.

WACO (November 24, 2009)--Waco police were looking Tuesday for a man in connection with an aggravated robbery in the parking lot of a local shopping center that sent one woman to the hospital.
Police identified the victim Tuesday as Pamela Ender, 54, of Aquilla.
Police officers received a call around 6:40 p.m. Monday that Ender had been stabbed while in the parking lot of Target department store located near the intersection of Bosque Boulevard and Wooded Acres Drive in Waco.
Waco Police Sgt. Steve Anderson said Ender was approached by a man who grabbed and yanked away her purse.
When she refused to let go of the purse, Anderson said, she was stabbed in the left shoulder.
The man then retreated to a red two-door sports car parked several feet away and fled the scene.
Preliminary scene reports indicated she was getting out of her car to go shopping at the time of the robbery.
Target employees provided towels to help stop the bleeding until paramedics arrived.
Ender was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in stable condition.
The assailant was described as a white male, age unknown, possibly with red hair, wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
Target issued a statement Tuesday, saying, “The safety of our guests and team members is a top priority. We are saddened by the nature of this unfortunate situation.”
“We are partnering with law enforcement on this event.”
Waco Police are asking anyone with information about Monday night’s aggravated robbery to contact the department at (254) 750-7500.

Ok lets get this right, a crime occured in the Target Parking lot not far from the entrance where a citizen was stabbed. Alot of comments focus on the size of the VICTIM. Don't be too quick to judge a person by their size & looks. You should be ashamed and be more concerned that the low life person responsible for this crime is caught and punished.

Paul, that was funny. But I have to agree. 99% of overweight people get there by overeating. And if you claim otherwise, you're just fooling yourself. Just watched a special on obese people and they all got that way by engorging themselves with food. Stop eating so much!!!!
