Three Arrested In Deadly Central Texas Drive-By Shooting
Three men were in custody Monday, charged with murder in deadly drive-by shooting in a small Central Texas town.

KERENS (December 7, 2009)—Three men were in the Navarro County Jail Monday, charged with murder in a deadly drive-by shooting Thursday in the small town of Kerens.

Ty Lott was shot to death Thursday evening, authorities said.

All three men were arrested Friday in Corsicana, one of them after a brief foot chase in a residential neighborhood.

Monday Ralando Derrell McGowan, 31, O’Byran Markeith Cooks, 24, and Wynell Cooks, 26, all of Corsicana, remained in custody Monday.

Their bonds are set at $100,000 each.

Kerens police, Navarro County deputies and Corsicana police were involved in the arrests.

wow..thats so crazy mess there....my prayers go out to tha victim..an tha criminal familys....in the end no one wins!!!

The last time I checked you should never start a sentence with the word "But." Check again your map must be off too.
