(November 14, 2008)—Mexico City’s mayor is promising free Viagra for all men older than 70.

His honor says the free impotence treatment is needed because sexuality has a lot to do with quality of life and happiness.

The city’s health secretary said the government will start handing out free Viagra or Cialis on Dec. 1 and three clinics where older residents will get a check-up before they get their pills.
