(August 28, 2008)--A new survey released by Rutgers University finds worker confidence in the job market has sagged to the level not seen since the recession in 2001.

Sixty-five percent of those questioned said this is a bad time to find a quality job.

A-third of the workers surveyed said they often don't have enough money to make ends meet, and about one third said the amount they owe on credit cards exceeds their retirement savings.
