NEW HAVEN, Conn. (March 4, 2009)--Hospital officials in Ohio are detailing the injuries suffered by a woman attacked last month by a friend's pet chimpanzee.

They say the Connecticut woman lost her hands, nose, lips and eyelids.

They say she's still in a coma, may be blind and have brain damage.

Police shot the chimp after the attack.

They have not yet decided whether the chimp's owner will face charges in the attack.
