VIENNA (May 24, 2009)—What’s described as a fight between groups of rival worshippers at a Sikh temple in Vienna, Austria left at least 11 people wounded.

Worshippers pulled knives and at least one handgun, officials said.

According to witnesses, the fight erupted after a dispute over the sermon.

Police said at least six men attacked the preacher, while others rushed to his aid.

A police spokesman says one of the attackers is in critical condition.

The other injuries aren't as serious.
