Lawsuit Filed Over Melee At Local Cable Park

A lawsuit was filed Friday over a Memorial Day weekend melee at a local cable park that left two men seriously hurt and led to the arrest of the park’s owner and two local men, one a former Baylor football player.

Central Texas Congressman John Carter says a letter written by convicted Fort Hood gunman Nidal Hasan seeking to become a citizen of ISIS is proof enough that Hasan acted as a terrorist when he opened fire in the post’s Soldier Readiness Center in November 2009.
