Price At The Pump Drops A Little More In Texas

IRVING (August 14, 2014) Retail gasoline prices across Texas have dropped 3 cents this week to an average of $3.29 a gallon, AAA-Texas reported Thursday.

Nationwide gasoline prices held steady this week at an average $3.47 per gallon, AAA said.

El Paso has the most expensive gasoline in Texas this week at $3.38 per gallon while the association survey found the cheapest gas in Amarillo at $3.21 per gallon.

Experts say gasoline prices continue to decrease as summer winds down.

Analysts report no disruption of production or distribution of the global oil supply despite ongoing tensions in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
