Price At The Pump Falls In Texas

HOUSTON (April 25, 2013)--Retail gasoline prices across Texas slipped 4 cents this week to settle at $3.35 per gallon, AAA-Texas reported Thursday.

AAA said nationally the price at the pump help steady at $3.51 per gallon.

The association survey found Houston with the most expensive gasoline in Texas at $3.40 per gallon while Beaumont had the cheapest gasoline statewide at $3.22 per gallon.

AAA says the main factors driving retail gasoline prices down in recent weeks have been low demand, continued disappointing economic news and lower crude oil prices.
