NASHVILLE (March 25, 2013)--The Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast isn't long enough to include all the winners, so some special awards have already been given out.
Keith Whitley and The Judds were given an award honoring pioneers in country music.
Jason Aldean was honored for selling out Fenway Park in Boston in seven minutes.
Blake Shelton was given an award for raising the profile of country music to mainstream audiences.
Lady Antebellum was given an outstanding achievement award.
Hank Williams and songwriter Guy Clark were given the Poet's Award for outstanding achievement in songwriting.
The rest of the ACMs will be handed out April 7.
