DENVER (August 30, 2013)--Aaron Neville is in his 70s, but he’s still hitting the high notes.
His secret, he says, is to "pray a lot."
He says he also sings around the house to keep trying to hit those notes and "not letting them get away."
Neville, 72, said he plans "to keep on singing 'til the year 3000" or until God tells him, "Break it up. It's time to come home."
Neville performs Saturday in Denver to promote his doo-wop album, "My True Story."
