(January 21, 2013)--Shadows Fall guitarist Jon Donais will take over as the new guitar player for Anthrax, replacing Rob Caggiano who left the band to focus on producing music.

Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian says he's worked with Donais on side projects and he's excited to have Donais on his right, burning up the stage with Anthrax.

Donais said he grew up on Anthrax and he'd be crazy not to want to play with them.

His first gigs with Anthrax will be in India next month.
