Dave Grohl, Sound City Players Rock Sundance

PARK CITY, Utah (January 21, 2013)--Dave Grohl introduced the Sound City Players at the Sundance Film Festival on Friday, which included John Fogerty, Stevie Nicks, Rick Springfield, Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick, Corey Taylor of Slipknot, members of the Foo Fighters and Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic.

"I wish we could play 100 songs, but we have 17 musicians tonight,” he said.

Among the songs they did perform were "Proud Mary," ''Jessie's Girl," ''Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" and "Ain't That A Shame."

Grohl's film "Sound City," about a studio in Los Angeles, premiered at Sundance this weekend.
