NEW YORK (September 18, 2013)--Walt Disney Pictures has pushed the release date of Pixar’s "The Good Dinosaur" to November 2015, which means 2014 will be the first year since 2005 without a new Pixar film.
The 3-D movie was originally scheduled for release in May 2014.
"The Good Dinosaur" imagines a world in which dinosaurs never went extinct.
The production has been rocky.
Director Bob Peterson left the film last month and a replacement hasn't been named.
Pixar's "Finding Nemo" sequel, "Finding Dory," has been pushed from November 2015 to June 2016.
Planned for summer 2015 is "Inside Out," a film set inside a young girl's brain.
