SAN ANTONIO (August 15, 2012)--George Strait has set the date for his 31st annual Team Roping Classic in 2013.
It will be March 9 and 10 at the San Antonio Rose Palace in San Antonio.
It’s the largest open roping event in the U.S. with more than $700,000 in cash and prizes available to the participants.
Last year 545 teams competed.
Tickets don't go on sale until Oct. 3.
