NEW YORK (November 1, 2013) Kanye West has postponed the rest of his "Yeezus" tour after a 60-foot LED screen he uses during his shows was damaged.
A representative of the rapper says a truck carrying the video screen was involved in an accident on Wednesday that left the screen "beyond repair."
At the time of the accident, the truck was on its way to Vancouver, Canada where West was to have performed Thursday night.
That show was canceled, as were next week's shows in Denver and Minneapolis.
There was no immediate word on when those shows will be rescheduled.
The big screens are as much a part of a concert these days as the mics, band and bootleg T-shirts.
West's representative said it would be "impossible" for the rapper to put on a show until the screen is repaired or replaced.
