NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 26, 2012)--Nathan Blankenship looks so much like Kenny Chesney that he got booted from Chesney's concert Saturday night.

Blankenship says security officials at Nashville's LP Field thought he was purposefully impersonating Chesney and escorted him out.

In an interview with ABC-affiliate WKRN-TV, Blakenship said someone from security told him that the order to eject him was "coming straight from the top."

WKRN contacted LP Field officials and they said they had been "tipped off" about Blankenship before the show.

According to a statement released by the Brothers of the Sun concert promoter, no one in Chesney's management or promoter camp knew about the incident until after the media reported it.

The show's promoter said Blankenship will be contacted to resolve the matter and make "this situation right."
