BARCELONA (October 9, 2012)—The vomit during Lady Gaga’s show in Barcelona wasn’t part of the act.
Lady Gaga tweeted that she was hoping no one saw her throwing up on stage, but "actually it's quite a good laugh if you need one."
She said she's "Lady Puke-ga doing Swan 'Vomit' Lake."
The incident happened just a week after Justin Bieber threw up on stage during a show outside Phoenix.
