(November 27, 2013) Miranda Lambert is denying tabloid reports that she underwent surgery to shed some pounds.
Lambert wrote on her Web site that she doesn’t care what tabloids report about her, but that she denies she had surgery to lose weight.
She says she shed pounds "the healthy and good old-fashioned way" by watching what she ate and working out with a trainer.
She says she doesn't know how many pounds she lost, and says it's not about a scale but how you feel and how your jeans fit.
Lambert calls herself "a normal size girl" and she encourages people to be confident at any size.
