NEW YORK (June 25, 2013)--Bass player Ted Dwane is doing better after treatment for a blood clot on the brain and that means Mumford & Sons will be hitting the road again soon.
The band has rescheduled dates it canceled in Dallas, The Woodlands and in New Orleans after Dwane was treated for the blood clot two weeks ago.
One of the performances the group skipped was a headlining gig at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee.
The band decided not to go with a substitute bassist and Jack Johnson stepped in to fill the slot.
Dwane will appear with his bandmates on the rescheduled gigs.
Meanwhile, the group is to begin a tour in late August in Toronto that runs through September 20.
