FARNHAM, Quebec (January 22, 2013)—Arcade Fire tweeted a for-sale ad for a church in Farnham, Quebec that said, “Anybody want to buy a church?"
The converted church, where the band recorded "Neon Bible" and "The Suburbs," comes with an alarm system, a kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, two basement bathrooms, a laundry room and a common room.
They say they’re selling because the basement floods during heavy rain and the roof needs replacing.
The asking price is 325,000 Canadian dollars.
